Our beautiful setting provides a fantastic space for any occasion, whether it’s a family reunion or a corporate party. The best part is, you have the flexibility to bring your own food, ensuring that every aspect of your event is exactly as you envision it.

Pavilion Rental Includes:
- Staff to greet you when you arrive and oversee the venue during your event.
- 1 Hour set up time / 1 Hour Clean up.
- Tables and chairs up to 150.
- Unlimited Putt Putt golf for your guests. Putter and ball provided.
- Stereo system with wireless microphone. Bring your playlist on your phone or use ours.
- Table centerpieces -wood lanterns with twinkling lights and/or wood rounds.
- Additional 6ft.banquet tables for entrance, gift table and dessert table upon request.
- Dimmable lights, bistro lights, twinkling lights in pavilion and on deck railings.
- 15 x 15 black slate dance floor.
- Bar set up serving beer, wine, hard ciders and seltzers. Does not include alcohol or bartender (optional).
Catering/Food Options:

- Allowed to bring in your own food of your choice for buffet style only. Food must be brought ready to serve, no prep onsite. Sah-Hah-Lee does not provide ovens, or refrigeration. You will need to bring everything to serve and eat the food.
Not included in price:
- Bartender Service Fee $25/hr. Hosted/ No Host options. Serving Beer, Wine no hard alcohol.
- 20% Gratuity on Hosted Bar
- Rental Table Linens $12/each
- Deposit (nonrefundable) is required to secure the date. Final payment due 14 days prior to event.
