- 100 guests maximum: October–January
Pavilion fully enclosed and heated 
- 150 guests maximum: June–September
Pavilion open air with deck 
- $10/person
 
 
 
Package includes:
- 2 hours of event time.
 
- 1 hour for set up and an additional clean up.
 
- Tables and chairs for your guests.
 
- Bluetooth stereo system with wireless microphone.
 
- 6 ft banquet tables for entrance, awards, and dessert.
 
- Dimmable lights and bistro lights.
 
- 12 ft granite buffet style countertop for food service.
 
 
 
 
Food options:
- Bring your own food – Pizza/Sandwich Tray/Dessert. Please bring everything to serve and eat the food (plates, serving tongs, utensils, etc.).
 
- Le Tortio Mexican Food Truck – Taco Bar. Please inquire for catering rates.
 
- Bring your own cooler full of water/soda or alternative beverages.
 
- No alcohol is available for purchase in the pro shop for parents and coaches if desired.
 
 
 
Not included in price:
- Table Linens – $15/table
 
- Bartender Service Fee: $25 per hour.
 
- 20% gratuity on hosted bar.
