5 Hour Package Includes: 

• 1 hour set up time / 1 hour clean up. 
• 3 hours event time, including all tables and chairs for up to 150 guests. 
• Full-service catering staff and 20% gratuity for catering. 
• Choice of one meal option – included in price. 
• Unlimited Putt Putt golf during the event – includes putter, ball and scorecard. 
• Stereo system with wireless microphone. Bring your own playlist on your phone or use ours.  
• Table Centerpieces – wood lanterns with twinkling lights and/or 10 wood rounds (optional). 
• Dimmable lights, bistro lights, twinkling lights in pavilion and on deck railing. 
• 15 x 15 black slate dance floor. 
• Bar set up serving beer, wine, hard ciders and seltzers. Does not include alcohol or bartender (optional). 
• Provide your own dessert for the celebration. Please bring extra plates, napkins, and forks to serve it. 
• Ice water and lemonade station. 

 

Full-Service Catering – Choose One Menu Option: 

• Pulled Pork or Chicken Sandwich with BBQ Sauce, Coleslaw, Homemade Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Fruit Salad, and Lemonade.  
• Taco Bar- Seasoned Ground Beef or Season Chicken, Flour or Corn Tortillas, Chips, Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese, Black Beans, Onions, Guacamole Sour Cream, Salsa, Jalapeno, and Lemonade. 
• BBQ Chicken Thighs- Fruity Display, Tossed Mixed Green Salad, Cheesy Potatoes, and Lemonade.  
• Pasta Bar- Penne Pasta, Marinara and Alredo Sauce, Meatballs and Grilled Chicken, Caesar Salad or Mixed Salad, Garlic Bread and Lemonade.  
• ½ Pulled Pork and ½ Chicken Thighs– with BBQ sauce, Cole Slaw, Homemade Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Fruit Platter, and Lemonade. (Minimum 50 guests) 

 

Other Options- For a More Casual Event: $44/person 

• Voucher for Mexican Food Truck – order what you want off the menu (40 guests or less). 
• Bratwurst Bar w/ Bun (1 per serving) Onion, Sauerkraut, Mustards, Potato Salad, and Chips. 
• Box Lunches– Croissant Sandwich (Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, or Veggie), Chips, Fruit, Cookie. 

  

Not Included In Price: 

• Table Linens – $15/table (white or black). 
• Additional Hour Rental Time 
• Bartender Service Fee: $25/hr  
• Hosted/No Host/Drink Tickets options available. 20% gratuity on hosted bar.  
• Dessert – Purchased from caterer.  

 

Payment:

• $500 deposit (nonrefundable) is required to secure your date.
• Final payment with final headcount is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
